ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks direction to the respondents to survey and demarcate the property situated in Survey No.389 with an extent of 7 acre 21 cents and in S.No.390/2 with an extent of 1 acre 45 cents at Gopalapuram Panchayat, Rajapalayam Panchayat Union, Vembakottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District by considering his application dated 29.11.2024.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents.
3. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4. According to the petitioner, he purchased subject property under the registered Sale Deed dated 06.08.2021 from one Kanthavel and others. The patta for the subject property stands in the name of the petitioner's vendors in Patta No.794. He submitted an online application on 29.11.2024 in A.No.2024/0123/26/005059 seeking survey of the subject property and the same has not been considered. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has come before this Court.
5. The learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents would submit that the application of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 29.11.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighboring land owners and other interested parties. 3/6
7. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
