Court by an order dated 09.04.2026 made in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 6998 of 2026 "The petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders".

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 6998 of 2026 dated 09.04.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and the fact that the investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.00 a.m, for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 2/4

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
