2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Muniasamy, learned Standing Counsel for TASMAC filed his counter affidavit.
3. In paragraph No.7 of the said counter affidavit, it is specifically mentioned that there is no proposal to locate TASMAC shop in the village of Singathuraipatti, Ilayangudi Taluk, Sivagangai District.
4. In view of the said statement made in the counter affidavit, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition.
