O R D E R

The petitioner got married to the respondent on 11.04.2008. A Male and a female child were born through the said wedlock. Due to arising of differences of opinion, the respondent has filed H.M.O.P.No.83 of 2018 before the Family Court, Sivagangai for divorce. The petitioner is based in Paramakudi. The children are with her. Therefore, it will be difficult for the petitioner to go over to Sivagangai and contest the proceedings there. Hence, in the interest of justice, this Court withdraws H.M.O.P.No.83 of 2018 from the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai and transfers the same to the Sub Court, Paramakudi.

3.In the result, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.(MD) No.9739 of 2018 is closed.
