ORDER
The petitioner with an allegation that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court.
2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that they have not harassed the petitioner. According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), the petitioner's son is the first accused in Cr.No.47 of 2025 on the file of the third respondent. A2 in the said case is absconding and the respondent Police has got an information that A1 is providing asylum for A2 and therefore, they went the petitioner's house in search of A2. In the meantime, A2 has also got an order of anticipatory bail and therefore, there is no necessity for searching A2 and there is no necessity to visit the petitioner's house again.
3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed.
