ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.206 of 2022 dated 29.06.2022 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Due to previous enmity, false complaint has been foisted against the petitioner. Hence, the present petition has been field with the above said prayer. However, he would further submit that this Court may issue a direction to the first respondent to conclude the investigation within a time stipulated by this Court and permit the petitioner to produce the necessary documents before the Investigating Officer to disprove the prosecution case. 3.
Considering the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court issued a direction to the first respondent to conclude the investigation in Crime No.206 of 2022 within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further, liberty is granted to the petitioner to produce the necessary documents before the Investigating Officer to disprove the prosecution case.
