4.Ramesh : Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment put up by the fourth respondent and his family in Survey No.240/2C vide patta No.1049 of adjacent land of the petitioner's land 20 feet of width of public pathway @ Samy pathway by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2017 within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

There is no indication as to whether the land in question is a public property. The Writ Petition appears to be a private interested one on account of the ongoing dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent. find any reason to issue a Mandamus as prayed for by the petitioner.
