This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned transfer order, dated 03.04.2017.

2. Due to efflux of time, the issue in this writ petition cannot be adjudicated.

3. The Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a retirement vacancy, if the petitioner is accommodated in the said retirement vacancy then there will be no surplus. The respondent shall 2/4

consider the claim of the petitioner and retain the petitioner in the same School, if there is no surplus.

4. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
