Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to fix the salary of the petitioner as per the settlement arrived with effect with from 01.09.2013 and revise pension from 01.03.2014 and settle the consequential benefits after fixation of pay by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 01.12.2016.

The petitioner was employed as Special Grade Tradesman. He retired from service on 28.02.2014. His grievance is that the respondent has not fixed the salary of the petitioner as per the settlement arrived with effect with from 01.09.2013. Hence, he made a representation dated 01.12.2016 and that the same has not been considered. Therefore, this writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to fix the salary of the petitioner as per the settlement arrived with effect with from 01.09.2013 and revise pension from 01.03.2014 and settle the consequential benefits after fixation of pay by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 01.12.2016. 2.Learned counsels for the respondent submitted that the respondent would dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 01.12.2016, within a time frame.

3.Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.12.2016, and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
