ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No. 11913 of 2025 dated 15.04.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned trial Court on every monday/first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
