Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the first and second respondents dated 19.04.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to give permission to conduct the festival as well as Aadal Padal Program Programme on 26.04.2017 at Arulmigu Sri Muthaalamman Temple, Ammapatti Village, Ammapatti Post, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District.

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for records relating to the impugned orders dated 19.04.2017 passed by the second respondent and consequential order passed by the first respondent and quash the same, by way of issuing a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Mr.K.Guru, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents.
3.It is seen from the records that a representation has been given by the petitioner and the same has been partly rejected by the second respondent on the ground of law and order problem and in pursuance of the order passed by the second respondent, the first respondent has also passed the consequential order without assigning proper reason. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.
4.In fine, this Writ Petition is allowed in part without costs and the impugned orders dated 19.04.2017 passed by the first and second respondents are quashed. The first respondent is directed to look into the representation dated 19.04.2017 and dispose of the same on merits within a period of two days.
