JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) We have heard Mr.G.Mohankumar, learned counsel for the Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation ('TNCSC' / 'appellant') and Mr.S.Gokulraj, learned counsel for the respondent / writ petitioner.

2. Both the learned counsel for the appellants and the learned counsel for the respondent are ad idem on the fact that the order of the learned Single Judge may be confirmed, except to the extent of removing the direction relating to continuity of service and reinstatement as a fresh entrant. We order accordingly. This Writ Appeal is disposed in the above terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
