Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.AK.AZAGARSAMI, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12682 of 2020, dated 09.11.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the respondent police is threatening the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, states that there is no such threat at all and the petitioners have not appeared regularly before the respondent police. In the event of not appearing regularly, the respondent police is at liberty to file a petition for cancellation of bail. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as per the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12682 of 2020.
