Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in Se.Mu.Aa.No.AD4/31253/2013 dated 29.09.2016 conforming the order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.AD2/4141/14 Dated 27.07.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all service and monetary benefits with in the time frame stipulated by this court.

2. The delay of 90 days in filing this writ appeal is condoned subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Gandhi Memorial Museum, bearing Account No.6479518195, IFSC Code: IDIB000T03, Indian Bank, Tallakulam Branch, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from today and file a memo to that effect to the Registry. Registry on receipt of the memo shall number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list it for admission.
