This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second Respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute on the basis of the Petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the respondent Police have completed the enquiry and closed the representation given by the unofficial respondent on 30.07.2023.

3. Considering the same, since the representation of respondent No.3 has already been closed, both parties are directed to approach the appropriate forum known to law.

4. With this observation, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
