For Respondent : Mr.V.Neelakandan, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- for Anticipatory bail in Crime No.146 of 2019 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 4(1)(a) of Indian Explosives Substances Act in Crime No.146 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in the above case. He further submitted that country bomb was only recovered from A-1's house and this petitioner has not committed any offence. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has submitted that there are totally five accused and the petitioner is A-3. He further submitted that no one sustained injury any injury in the alleged occurrence. He further submitted that the petitioner has four previous cases. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.Even though no one sustained any injury, as per the version of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, four previous cases of the similar nature are pending against the petitioner. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
