This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus, forbearing the respondent from preventing the minibuses belonging to the petitioner's association bearing registration numbers TN 74 V 0852, TN 74 Y 2115, TN 74 Y 6418 and TN 74 Y 2551 from setting down and picking up passengers from Thingal Nagar bus stand, Kanyakumari District by considering the request of the petitioner dated 10.08.2024.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner's representation, dated 10.08.2024 will be considered and disposed of within a period of 4 weeks.

Since an order has already been passed under identical circumstances, the second respondent, while passing such an order, shall take note of the order passed by this Court, dated 17.12.2024 in the case of R.Bakthasiromony Vs The District Collector, Kanyakumari and others (W.P(MD)No.30587 of 2024)
4. Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 10.08.2024 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
