ORDER
The petitioner challenges the show-cause notice issued by the respondent, dated 04.08.2016. However, on receipt of the said show-cause notice, the petitioner has already given a reply on 19.08.2016 and now enquiry is pending before the respondent.
2. The petitioner cannot challenge the show-cause notice issued by the respondent. However, the petitioner has already submitted his explanation, hence, the respondent is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pass order on merit after hearing the petitioner.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
