ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) The petitioner has sought for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to direct the 4th respondent to remove the encroachments and unauthorized constructions put up in the premises situated at the Sivakasi Bus Stand and consequently restore the public pathway and passenger waiting area for public use by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2026 within a time frame.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent Corporation would submit that the 2nd respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner, inspect the site in question and if there is any violation of the planning permission / unauthorised construction, after hearing both sides, appropriate action will be taken for removal of the same. 2/4

In such a view of the matter, let the 2nd respondent consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.05.2026, make an inspection of the place in question, hear both sides and if any unauthorised construction is found or planning permission is violated, the 2nd respondent shall take steps to remove the same after giving opportunity to both sides, including the 4th respondent. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
