Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the respondent in his proceedings in NA.KA.8703/2016/E1 dated 30.12.2017 and to quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the respondent to disburse the Gratuity, Leave Salary, G.S.L.I.C, and E.P.F pension, on account of the retirement of the petitioner, dated 30.12.2017.
ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.SHANMUGARAJA SETHUPATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.R.PRITHVIRAJ, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Accepting the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees two thousand five hundred only) to Rojavanam, Old Age Home for Homeless poor, Uthangudi, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from today and file a memo/compliance in the Registry. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
