O R D E R

This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation dated 09.09.2015 given for the disbursement of the medical claim made by the petitioner under the Tamil Nadu Police Benevolent Fund for the treatment given to the petitioner's late husband during 16.09.2007 to 22.09.2007 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Mr.V.Pandi, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents . By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer in the Writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case, this Court is inclined to issue the following direction:- "The second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 09.09.2015, regarding the Medical Reimbursement for the husband of the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

5. Accordingly, the Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
