This Writ of Certiorari has been filed, calling for the records relating to the order in Tin No.33815942933/2014-15, dated 28.12.2015, passed by the respondent and quash the same. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the impugned order is dated 28.12.2015, in respect of which, the remedy open to the petitioner is to file an Appeal within a period of 60 days and therefore, the remedy having become barred on the ground of limitation, this Writ Petition filed is not maintainable. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD)Nos.13152 and 13153 of 2016 are closed.
