ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii) (c) and 25 of NDPS Act, in Crime No.79 of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 11.12.2017, the respondent police was in patrol duty, at that time the accused person found in possession of 8 bags with each 20 kg of Ganja. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has found in possession of Ganja 20 kg. The petitioner involved in the offence is serious in nature. Therefore, she vehemently opposed to grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
