JUDGMENT
Heard both sides.
2.It is true that W.P.(MD)No.5246 of 2019 was allowed in a nonspeaking manner. But on this ground, we do not want to interfere. 2/4
3.The right of Devandra Gurukal to perform pooja on the allotted days is not seriously challenged by Rajamani Gurukal himself. We, therefore, decline to interfere with the order of the learned Single Judge. This writ appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
