2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the final report is ready and is likely to be filed within two weeks. It is further submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the respondent police have completed the investigation and they are going to charge the accused by showing them as absconding. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) further submitted that in case the accused is apprehended, he will be produced before the Court, where the charge sheet is to be taken on file. He seeks two weeks time to file the same.
