ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner,who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 19.09.2018 for the offence under Sections 406, 468, 471, 420, 294(b) and 506(i) of I.P.C., in crime No.13 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that on 08.12.2016, the petitioner received a sum of Rs.5 lakhs each from the defacto complainant and his nephew with a promise to send them to Georgia Nation and facilitate them to get hob. However, he failed to send them foreign to get job. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has no way connected with the alleged offence.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner had cheated for a sum of Rs.10 lakhs by giving false promise to the defacto complainant and his nephew that he will send them Georgia and facilitate them to get job and hence, he opposed for grant of bail.
5.Taking note of the facts and circumstances, since the offence involved by the petitioner is serious in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. sd/- 31/10/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
