Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANGUSAMY V, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11420 of 2022 on 05.07.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying the condition regularly and investigation has not been completed.
4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.11420 of 2022 on 05.07.2022 modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month, ie., on the first working day of every month at about 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
