Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner said to have purchased a land measuring 5 cents and 200 sq. ft. Subsequent to purchase, he took steps to measure the land, to fix boundaries and to get patta. But the neighbouring land owners are objecting for the same. In the said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

circumstances, the petitioner made a representation before the respondents on 13.05.2016 to measure the land and to grant patta. The said representation is still pending with the respondents without any disposal. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

4.Since the petitioner claims that he purchased the property having an extent of 5 cents and 200 sq. ft. and also made an application to measure the same and to fix boundaries, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.05.2016 and pass appropriate orders, with regard to survey of the land and to fix boundaries as per revenue records, after issuing notice to the neighbouring land owners. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If it is found that there is a title dispute, the Tahsildar can very well refer the parties to the civil Court to get appropriate remedy. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
