It is brought to the notice of this Court by learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents that even prior to the filing of this Writ Petition, the representation dated 23.01.2019, which is the subject matter of this Writ Petition has already been considered by the respondents and final orders were passed on 12.03.2019 and therefore, the petitioner will have to challenge the said final order, if so aggrieved by the same by filing a separate Writ Petition.

In view of the fact that the representation dated 23.01.2019, which is the subject matter of this Writ Petition has already been considered and final orders have also been passed, the petitioner will have to necessarily challenge the said final order in the manner known to the petitioner under law. 2/4

After recording the fact that the representation dated 23.01.2019, which is the subject matter of this Writ Petition has already been considered and the final order dated 12.03.2019 has also been passed, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 12.03.2019 in the manner known to the petitioner under law. It is also recorded that today (17.10.2024), the final order dated 12.03.2019, has been served to the petitioner's counsel in the open Court by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
