Crl.M.P.(MD)Nos.8805 and 8806 of 2022 These petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL.O.P.(MD)Nos.10419 and 8806 of 2022, dated 28.06.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in CRL.O.P.(MD) Nos.10419 and 8806 of 2022, dated 28.06.2022 is hereby fully relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on receipt of summons.
