O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the detenue namely Agnesh Priya @ Priya, W/o.P.Rajesh, aged about 29 years, before this Court and set her at liberty 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the detenue and the petitioner appeared before us and the detenue submitted that in view some misunderstanding between her and her husband, she went outside and thereafter, realising the mistake committed she stated that she is prepared to go with her father/the petitioner herein. as the detenue has been traced and produced before this Court, he will take back the detenue to his home.

3.In view of the fact that the detenue is willing to go with her father/petitioner herein, the petitioner is at liberty to take his daughter to his home.
