This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned proceedings dated 13.07.2019 passed by the third respondent and consequently direct the third respondent to conduct fresh peace committee meeting after issuing notice to all Varithararkal at the said Temple.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
