Mr.S.Prakash, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME Under Sec.528 of BNSS. PRAYER :- To extend the time limit to the petitioner to appear and produce the sureties before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Tirupathur, Sivagangai District, as 1/3

directed by this Court in its order dated 08.05.2025 in Crl.OP(MD)No.8378 of 2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit granted in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8378 of 2025, dated 08.05.2025, for the petitioner to execute the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirupathur, Sivagangai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the time for executing the sureties by the petitioner before the concerned Court is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
