ORDER
The learned counsel for the respondents represents that there is no representation for the learned counsel for the review applicant. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents, besides stating that there is no ground for review, stated that since the order was in favor of the review applicant and he was directed to make payment of Rs. 1,47,078/- together with interest, and subject to such payment, the E.S.I.O.P. case filed by him would be heard.
3.The learned counsel would also bring to my attention that on 22.01.2020, the review applicant has paid a sum of Rs.2,54,494/- representing the principal amount of Rs.1,47,078/- and further interest thereon.

4.Considering that the order in the review has been complied with by the review applicant nothing survives for consideration in the review. The compliance on the part of the review applicant is recorded and the Labour Court at Tiruchirapalli shall proceed to restore the E.S.I.O.P.No.4 of 2006 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law after hearing both sides.
