Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner is an 88 years old woman. She had moved the Maintenance Tribunal under Section 23 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act 2007.
3. The second respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry and pass final order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is because without saying that the second respondent has to put the petitioner's children on notice before passing final order. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
