Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take expeditious and appropriate action as against the respondents 4 to 8 on the strength of his representation, dated 16.09.2016 and thereby protect the petitioner's life and limb as well as petitioner's house property situated at No.4/2/28, Jeevanagar, Pooncholai, Chinnalapatti, Dindigul District.

O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus respondents 1 to 3 to take expeditious and appropriate action as against the respondents 4 to 8 on the strength of his representation, dated 16.09.2016 and thereby protect the petitioner's life and limb as well as petitioner's house property situated at No.4/2/28, Jeevanagar, Pooncholai, Chinnalapatti, Dindigul District.

2.The learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the 7th respondent has filed a suit in O.S.No.406 of 2016 before the Additional District Muncif Court, Dindigul and got an order of injunction in I.A.No.141 of 2016. So, the official respondents could not consider the representation of the petitioner at this stage. 3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
