ORDER
This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents/contemnors for their wilful disobedience of the order of this Court W.P.(MD)No.215 of 2019, dated 04.01.2019. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would jointly submit that as against the order of the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.215 of 2019, dated 04.01.2019, respondents have preferred a Writ Appeal in W.A. (MD)No.1126 of 2019 and the Honourable Division Bench of this Court has partly allowed the Writ Appeal and issued fresh directions. 3.Recording the submissions made on either side, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
