ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Mr.V.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 5. Since this Court is not going to pass any adverse order against the respondents 6 to 9, notice to them is dispensed with.

2.According to the petitioner, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dindigul District, the third respondent herein, by an order dated 25.06.2015, directed the Tahsildar, the fourth respondent herein to confirm the genuineness of various sale deeds executed from 1984 in respect of the property in question and based on the enquiry make a sub division. Though such an order was passed on 25.06.2015, the Tahsildar was not taking any action and therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 10.03.2016 to the first respondent which is still pending. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Considering the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the fourth respondent to implement the order of the third respondent dated 25.06.2015 and conduct enquiry and after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and other rival claims and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD)No.13123 of 2016 is closed.
