ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner, aggrieved by the poor condition of the road in the stretch of Rayagiri - T.Ramanathapuram - Othakadai of Sivagiri Sub Division, Tirunelveli District, has come up with the writ petition for directing the respondents to lay a pucca new tar road.

2.The petitioner has given a representation, dated 03.01.2017 in this regard to the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.We direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.01.2017 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
