The prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the Respondents from insisting the petitioner to execute a deed of conveyance in so far as the Petitioner's house property by interfering with the matter purely in civil in nature consequently direct the Respondents not to harass the Petitioner and his family member.

2017 for offences under Sections 420, 294(b), 506(i) IPC and he has produced the copy of FIR.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected W.M.P.(MD) No. 620 of 2017 is also dismissed.
