PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the first respondent vide his proceedings in order : R.O.C.No.811/2011/C1 dated 26.09.2011, so far as the denial of back wages is concerned alone and quash the same as illegal.
