ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.480 of 2026 dated 30.04.2026, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to appear before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 26 days.

3. Since it is reported that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 26 days, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.480 of 2026 dated 30.04.2026, is modified to the effect 2/4

that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
