Contempt Petition is filed under section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act 1971, praying this Hon'ble Court to initiate contempt proceedings against the Respondents / Contemnors and punish them for the willful disobedience of the order of this Honourable Court in W.P.(MD)No.21640 of 2015 dated 04.12.2015. Prayer in WP(MD). 21640/ 2015 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the Respondents to settle the Retirement Benefits i.e. Provident Fund, Gratuity, Earned Leave, Arrears of salary and all other Accrued benefits to the Petitioner along with 12% interest from the date of retirement on 31.07.2015. ORDER:

This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the affidavit and material papers filed, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. S.VINAYAK, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr. M.GANESAN, For Mr.S.SEENIVASAGAN, Advocate for the 2nd Respondent, this Court made the following order:

Pursuant to the order, dated 23.10.2018, passed in the contempt petition, the respondents/contemnors are present before this Court.

It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents/contemnors that the Secretary-in-chare of TRY (HSG) 19, Lalgudi Taluk Co-operative Housing Society Limited has filed a Writ Petition in W.P(MD)No.19273 of 2018 for a Mandamus, directing the first respondent/Secretary to Government, Housing and Urban Development Department to reimburse Rs.1,06,76,434/- with penal interest etc., which was waived towards housing loans by the members of the Society and further stated that in the said Writ Petition notice has been issued to the respondents therein/Government. It is stated that after receiving money from the Government, the order can be complied with.

3. In view of the same, the contemnors are directed to bring the matter in the list and get appropriate orders. 4.

Post the matter on 26.11.2018.

The respondents/contemnors are directed to be present before this Court on 26.11.2018.
