The petitioner seeks for a direction to the fourth respondent to grant separate patta in respect of subject matter land in S.No.538/14A1 measuring 2358 sq.feet situated at Vellaripatti, Narasingampatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District.

06.09.2016. Therefore, it is for the fourth respondent to consider and decide the request of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, except to direct the fourth respondent to consider such representation and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties/rival claimants, if any. The said exercise shall be done by the fourth respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed. No costs.
