ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody since 26.08.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) and 307 of I.P.C. in crime No.272 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 23.09.2018, due to wordy quarrel between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, the petitioner along with others assaulted him and caused injuries and abused him with filthy language and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to the wordy quarrel with regard to passing the sewage water near the house of accused, the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner is incarceration from 24.09.2018.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the injury has been discharged from the hospital and the investigation is going on.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the period of incarceration by the petitioner from 24.09.2018, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions; (i)the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi; (ii) the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
