Since the present petition is styled as 'Public Interest Litigation' seeking implementation of a scheme called Mahatma Gandhi Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNRE) at Venkadasalapuram Village, Mahendravadi Panchayat, Thiruvenkadam Taluk, Tenkasi District, no further adjudication is required, in view of the death of the petitioner.
