COMMON JUDGMENT (Judgment of the Court was delivered by Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.) Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. We find that by suppressing certain facts, orders have been obtained from this Court and now it has been exposed by either side through the writ appeals. We are of the opinion that if the appellants are not capable of conducting the festival peacefully, it is open to the official respondents to lock and seal the temple premises and restore peace in the locality. Before resorting to that action, there shall be a peace meeting in the village to arrive at possible solution for conducting the festival amicably and if such attempt fails, it is open for the authorities to take appropriate action of sealing the premises till the peace is restored. With this observation, the writ appeals stand dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. (G.J, J.) (K.K.R.K, J.) Index : Yes / No 18.02.2026 RR Page No.3 of 5
