ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the respondents 2 and 3 is dispensed with. The petitioner is the father of the second respondent. He had moved the first respondent under the provisions of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2007. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent will have to put the private respondents herein on notice before passing final order.
