O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.21 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police as against the petitioners.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the job racketing case has been registered against the petitioners. There are so many victims and each and every victim lodged separate complaint. In the year 2015 itself, the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Virudhunagar District, registered the case in Crime No.11 of 2015 as against the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD).No.11192 of 2019 petitioners and it is pending for investigation. During the pendency of the investigation, the other victim namely, the third respondent herein lodged a complaint before the District Crime Branch, Thanjavur District and the same is registered in the year 2018. Now the case in Crime No.21 of 2018 is also transferred to the District Crime Branch, Virudhunagar District and the third respondent's complaint will be treated the complaint as a statement. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the second respondent is directed to close the F.I.R. and treat the complaint lodged by the third respondent as statement.

Further, the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Virudhunagar District is directed to investigate all the complaints lodged by the victims as against the petitioners together and file a final report in Crime No.11 of 2015 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
