ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 448, 294(b) and 506(ii) I.P.C and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act 2002, in Crime No.45 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that there was a property dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant. Based on the dispute, the petitioner and others went to the defacto complainant's house and abused her with filthy language and also threatened her with dire consequences. Hence the complaint. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is having five previous cases, excluding this present case. The petitioner involved the cases in Crime Nos. 40 of 2015 for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) IPC, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(ii) Crime No.33 of 2017 for the offences punishable under sections 341, 294(b), 323, 506(i), 353 IPC, (iii)Crime No.32 of 2018 for the offences punishable under sections 147, 427, 323, 506(ii) IPC, (iv) Crime No.13 of 2018 for the offences punishable under sections 341, 294(b), 353, 506(ii) IPC and 3(1) of TNPPDL Act @ 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 353, 324 and 3(1) of TNPPDL Act (v) Crime No.39 of 2018 for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of TNPWH Act. Except two cases, the petitioner is also involved in the crime of this year.
